Zambian Bill of Rights

This Bill of Rights is the keystone of democracy in Zambia. It formally enshrines those fundamental rights and liberties considered essential for all people in our country. It avows the democratic values that border on human dignity, equality and freedom.

The Bill of Rights is subject to be incorporated in the New Zambian Constitution upon a Referendum on August 11th, 2016.

The purpose of this application is to act as a “Human Rights Defender” as per United Nations Human Rights Commission (UNHRC) holistic definition. “Human Rights Defender” is a term used to describe people who, individually or with others, act to promote or protect human rights……...” - UNHRC

As a human rights defender we want to play a part in making sure that our people are in the know of their rights and this in turn will culminate into helping them make an informed decision when going to the referendum come August 11th, 2016.

Having the Bill of Rights as an android app will help in the ease of distribution and the awesome user experience - having to read the bill of rights at the convenience of your phone whenever and wherever.

Know Your Fundamental Rights and Freedoms, so that you might be able to participate freely, without fear or malice well within your rights and freedoms in helping invent and determine a bright future for our country’s future generations.

Mục đích của ứng dụng này là hoạt động như một "Hậu vệ Nhân quyền" theo Kỳ Ủy ban Nhân quyền Quốc (UNHRC) định nghĩa toàn diện. "Human Rights Defender" là một thuật ngữ dùng để mô tả những người, cá nhân hoặc với người khác, hành động để thúc đẩy hoặc bảo vệ quyền con người ...... ... "- UNHRC

Là một nhà bảo vệ nhân quyền, chúng tôi muốn đóng góp một phần trong việc bảo đảm rằng những người của chúng tôi là trong biết quyền lợi của mình và điều này sẽ lên đến đỉnh cao vào giúp họ đưa ra quyết định thông báo khi đi đến trưng đến ngày 11 tháng 8 năm 2016.

Có Tuyên ngôn Nhân quyền là một ứng dụng Android sẽ giúp đỡ trong việc dễ dàng phân phối và kinh nghiệm người dùng tuyệt vời - phải đọc bản quyền tại các tiện ích trong điện thoại của bạn bất cứ khi nào và bất cứ nơi nào.

Biết Quyền và tự do cơ bản của bạn, do đó bạn có thể có thể tự do tham gia, không sợ hãi hay ác ý có quyền, và quyền tự do của mình trong việc giúp phát minh và xác định một tương lai tươi sáng cho các thế hệ tương lai của đất nước.
